From the Principal

Parents, please be reminded of our school motto:  Rebels with a Cause - Excelling on the Georgia High School Graduation Test (GHSGT); Excelling on the End of Course Tests (EOCT); and making Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP).  In addition to what your child does at school, parents also play an integral part in a student's success at school.  What happens at home is very important.  With that in mind, I want to bring your attention to a great opportunity your child has for summer reading.

Each student can continue to learn and be productive over the summer through the use of the Scholastic Summer Reading Packs.  These packs contain six books for pleasure reading and activity sheets.  Parents or students can stop by the school and pick up the Reading Packs.  Also, students must complete the reading that's required of them for the next school year.  You can find information on both of these activities above.  Enjoy your summer reading!

Please call or stop by the school if you have any questions.
